Product Returns

You must call us before returning any products, we will only accept returns if we know about them.

We DO NOT operate a 'Sale or Returns' policy.

You may, at our discretion, return a product at your expense and we will give you a refund, excluding any delivery charges. Unless you cancel your order within 7 days following the date of delivery of the product, in which case we will also refund the delivery charge. We reserve the right to deduct a 15% restocking fee from any refunds. Once we have received the goods they will be inspected and the agreed course of action executed. The goods must be sent to us unused and in their original packaging. You should ensure there is sufficient outer packaging of the product to ensure safe and secure transit of the goods back to us, as the returned product must be 'as new' and in a resellable condition. It is the responsibility of the buyer to safely return the goods back to us.

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or it has been damaged during delivery, we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund. Notification of any defect must be made within 7 days of the product being delivered to you. We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange.

We do not accept returns on any bespoke or 'Cut Length' products as these cannot be made available for resale.

Due to the vast amount of different uses of our products we cannot be held responsible for any third party damage incurred in their use.

Please bear in mind that eyelets can also come under a lot of pressure, and so any stress points should be reinforced. While the material a tarp is made from may be heavy duty, no guarantee is given to the eyelets. Fixing additional eyelets can help spread the load.
