UK Tarps Ltd do everything possible to protect our customers' privacy and to ensure the security of all customer information. We will never give or sell your personal details to a third party except where we are obliged to by law (see the section on Confidentiality, below) or when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. This section of the site explains how we use your information.

Customer Information ....

When you place an order or make an enquiry with UK Tarps Ltd there are certain pieces of information which we will need. These are: name, address, telephone number, email address. UK Tarps Ltd do NOT receive or store credit card details as these are handled securely by our preferred internet payment processing provider. You shall be liable for the accuracy of customer information you provide to us.

Once we have this information, we will be able to send you, by email, a quotation or confirmation of your order. In the unlikely event of a problem occurring with your order / enquiry, we will try to contact you by telephone so that we can inform you of the situation and discuss your alternative options.

Customer Comments ....

We may ask our customers for their comments on the service we provide and you may be emailed for your opinion on a particular subject. If you let us know that you do not want us to email you with a request for your opinion then again we will of course comply with your wishes.

Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.

The personal information you disclose to us is confidential and will not be traded, sold or rented to any third party outside of UKTarps. We will only ever disclose personal information without your consent is if a) we are legally required to do so or b) if there is an emergency.
